Pepperoni Rolls - Gluten Free Dairy Free

These are so delicious!! The picture does not do it justice! Super easy and perfect for the tailgating season! I even freeze some so I have them ready for any last minute party.


Ingredients:

1 package Wholly pizza dough, thawed

Pepperoni

1 package dairy free mozzarella, I use the Miyoko's Creamery brand

1 egg, beaten

Italian seasoning

Gluten free flour



Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F as the dough instructs.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough with gluten free flour so it doesn’t stick to the surface.

  3. Brush egg on dough. Sprinkle Italian seasoning.

  4. Add the sliced mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

  5. Roll the dough so it forms a cylinder.

  6. Brush top with egg and sprinkle Italian seasoning.

  7. Cut into little rolls.

  8. Add to a greased baking dish.

  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  10. Cool and serve.
