This dip is so delicious! I practically ate the whole bowl! Serve with gluten free wafers from Kinnikinnick for a perfect Fall treat!!
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter, I use the Jif brand
8 oz dairy free cream cheese, softened. I use the Tofutti brand.
½ cup powder sugar
¾ cup almond milk, I use the Almond Breeze original unsweetened
¼ cup dairy free butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
Dairy free semi-sweet chocolate chips, I use Enjoy Life brand
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir well until smoothed. If you want to use a mixer that may be helpful or just get an arm workout with stirring it by hand.
Refrigerate the peanut butter dip for at least an hour before serving. Top with dairy free chocolate chips.
Serve with your favorite gluten and dairy free cookies such as oreos or wafers.
