One Sheet Pan Gnocchi Sausage Pepper - Gluten Free, Dairy Free

Prepare a quick and simple dinner using just one pan!


Ingredients:

- 1 package gluten free, dairy free gnocchi 

- 2 chicken sausage links 

- 1 bell pepper of any color 

- 1/2 red onion

- 1 tbsp garlic powder 

- 1 tbsp onion powder 

- 3 tbsp olive oil 

Salt and pepper to taste 


Instructions: 

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F

2. Arrange the gnocchi, sausage, and vegetables evenly on a sheet pan.

3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until everything is golden and crispy. Stir halfway for even cooking 

5. Serve immediately 

 Enjoy!
