Gluten Free Dairy Free - Spinach Artichoke Dip

Looking for a good appetizer to bring to a football watching party this weekend? Here it is! It is a super simple recipe. All you do is toss everything in a crockpot and let it cook for 2 hours! Make it and take it to the tailgate!


Ingredients:

1 package of frozen spinach, thawed

1 14 oz can of artichoke hearts, chopped

8 oz Daiya Dairy Free cream cheese

1 cup of Dairy Free sour cream

1/2 cup of Daiya Dairy Free mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup of Dairy Free parmesan cheese

4 minced garlic cloves




Directions:

  1. Drain the frozen spinach.

  2. Add all ingredients to a small crockpot.

  3. Cook for 2 hours on low, stir after 1 hour.

  4. Serve with corn tortilla chips or gluten free crackers.
