My friend told me pumpkin and peanut butter were good together and truthfully I was skeptical. Then I made this smoothie after my morning workout and it was so delicious!! It is easy to make and perfect for Fall.
Ingredients:
1 scoop of Orgain Pumpkin Protein Powder, you could use the Orgain Vanilla Protein Powder.
1 big spoonful of peanut butter, I use the natural peanut butter because it has less sugar.
1 big spoonful of pumpkin puree
1 1/3 cup of cold water
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve over ice.
Enjoy!!
