Perfect for picnics, holidays, and cookouts!
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 tsp of celery salt
1/4 tsp of black pepper
12 oz Gluten Free rotini or penne pasta
1 cup chopped red pepper
1 cup chopped orange pepper
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1 cup chopped cauliflower
3/4 cup Zesty Italian dressing, when eating as leftover I would add a little extra Italian dressing to keep the gf noodles moist.


*Substitute vegetables of your choice such as broccoli and cherry tomatoes. Olives are also a colorful addition.
Directions:
Prepare the Gluten Free Pasta per package until el dente.
Wash and cut vegetables.
Combine all spices. Modify the Salad Supreme swap with spices of your choice.
Drain pasta and let cool slightly.
Place vegetables, Italian dressing and spice mixture (Salad Supreme substitution) in bowl with the pasta.
Mix well.
Chill in fridge and serve!
