Gluten Free Dairy Free - Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup celery, chopped

2 hard boiled eggs, sliced

1 package (12 oz) Gluten Free elbow pasta

1/2 cup red pepper, diced

1 cup original slaw dressing

*Helpful Hint: Add more dressing to your taste and for leftovers.

Directions:

  1. Cook the Gluten Free elbow pasta until el dente.

  2. Drain well and add to large mixing bowl.

  3. In large mixing bowl, add the celery, eggs, red pepper. Stir well.

  4. Add the dressing last. Stir well.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled.
