Parmesan Crusted Potatoes - Gluten Free Dairy Free

Everyone knows my love for potatoes! This recipe is one of my favorites and so easy to make. It will be one of my go to side dishes for the upcoming Fall.


Ingredients:

1 bag (3 lb) red potatoes, boil until fork tender and cut in half

1 container (4 oz) Follow Your Heart dairy free parmesan cheese

2 tbsp dairy free butter, melted. I use the Smart Balance butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp parsley

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp paprika, add a little extra if you want them more spicy


Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

2. In a 9 x 9 baking dish, add the parmesan cheese to cover the bottom of the dish. Add half of the butter to the parmesan cheese. Mix around. Next add the spices and mix around.

3. Add the boiled and cut potatoes to the baking dish face down. Then brush the butter on the tops.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are golden and the cheese is melted.

5. Serve warm.
