Gluten Free Dairy Free - Garlic Parmesan Fettuccine

Super easy, quick, and delicious dinner!!


Ingredients:

1 cup Dairy Free parmesan, I use Follow Your Heart.

2 cups Gluten Free broth, I use Zoup Chicken Broth.

5 tbsp Dairy Free butter, I use Smart Balance.

1 package Gluten Free Fettuccine noodles, I use the Fresh Thyme brand however the Barilla brand is delicious too.

5-6 garlic cloves or 3 tbsp minced garlic

Salt and Pepper


Directions:

  1. In a medium heated skillet, brown the garlic with the butter.

  2. Once browned, add 2 cups of broth and stir. Let simmer for 1 - 2 minutes.

  3. Add the gluten free Fettuccine and cook as instructed on the package.

  4. Once almost cooked, add the parmesan cheese and stir so the cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve. If you want to be fancy, you can add parsley on the top.
