Gluten Free Dairy Free - Egg Avocado Toast

Perfect easy healthy breakfast!!


Ingredients:

1 egg

Half avocado

2 pieces of Canyon Gluten Free bread

Pepper to taste


Directions:

  1. Place cooking oil in skillet on medium - high heat.

  2. Cook over easy egg.

  3. Toast 2 pieces of Canyon Gluten Free bread.

  4. Cut avocado in half, only need half of the avocado for this recipe.

  5. Scoop avocado out and spread on toasted bread.

  6. Once egg is cooked, place on avocado toast.

Enjoy!!
