Classic, simple and healthy soup!
Ingredients:
2 - 3 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 white or yellow onion, diced
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, not drained
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
1 (4.5 oz) can green chiles
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 teaspoon cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 cups Gluten Free chicken broth
Warning: Hidden gluten item is bouillon cubes.
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in the crockpot. Stir.
Cook on high for 3 - 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
Before serving, take chicken out and shred it.
Place chicken back in the soup. Stir and Serve.
