Gluten Free Dairy Free - Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

4 cups of cooked shredded chicken

8 ounces of Dairy Free cream cheese, I used Daiya Cream Cheese

3/4 cup of hot sauce, I used Frank Red Hot

1 cup of Dairy Free ranch, Hidden Valley has a Dairy Free ranch. I used Walden Farms Dairy Free ranch

1 1/2 cups of Dairy Free Daiya Cheddar Cheese



Directions:

  1. Cook the chicken. Also you can use canned chicken or rotisserie chicken.

  2. Mix all ingredients into crockpot.

  3. Cook on low for 3 -4 hours or high for 1 -2 hours.

  4. Shred the chicken if it is not already shredded and stir.

  5. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
