Gluten Free Dairy Free - 3 Ingredient Chicken Tacos

The easiest chicken taco recipe! You can make this before work and as soon as you come home dinner is ready! Also, it’s great for a cabin weekend! Every time my friends and I go to 7 Springs we make this delicious meal. It is so easy to put in crockpot and leave it to cook while we go to the lodge, pool, ski, etc. Hope you all enjoy this as much as I do!


Ingredients:

3 boneless chicken breasts

1 taco seasoning pack, check to make sure it does not contain gluten (watch out for wheat, rye, barley) and dairy (watch out for dry milk, milk powder, whey).

** I use the Siete brand.

16 oz jar of salsa



Procedure:

  1. Add all ingredients into a crockpot.

  2. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

  3. Shred the chicken.

  4. Serve with your favorite hard or soft corn tortilla shells.

  5. Add your favorite taco toppings - lettuce, onions, peppers etc. Check out the Simple Guacamole recipe to add to the tacos.
