Gluten Free Dairy Free - 2 Ingredient Salmon

The perfect quick dinner or even meal prep for the week!! I paired it with spinach and rice.


Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets

1 tsp cornstarch

1 cup G Hughes Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce


Directions:

  1. Add the cornstarch and G Hughes sauce to a skillet on medium to high heat. Stir.

  2. Add the salmon cook for 4 to 7 minutes on each side.

  3. Serve with rice and veggie.

Enjoy!!
