Fudge Brownie Chocolate Cookies with White Chocolate - Gluten Free Dairy Free

This is the perfect Galentine’s or Valentine’s Day treat! I made a dozen cookies and they were no joke gone within 24 hours! They are so soft, moist, chocolatey! It did not take long at all and only 3 ingredients. WHAT? Yes only 3 ingredients!!


Ingredients:

Sweet Lorens Fudge Brownie slice and bake cookies.

¼ cup Dairy Free white chocolate chips, I use Enjoy Life brand.

Sprinkles, I used the red and white ones from Christmas….Shhh 🤫


Directions:

  1. Follow the Sweet Loren’s cooking instructions.

  2. Let cookies cool. Place on cooling rack for a quicker cooling time.

  3. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute until fully melted.

  4. Dip half of the cookie into the melted chocolate.

  5. Place on parchment paper.

  6. Add sprinkles.

  7. Let the chocolate harden and serve.
