This was a trendy recipe last year and I am finally able to make it! I found a dairy free Brie that is made by Nuts for Cheese. This recipe is so easy to make! It is perfect to put on a gluten free baguette and serve as bruschetta. I also enjoy it over gluten free pasta for a delicious dinner.

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) carton of cherry tomatoes
1 (4 oz) dairy free Brie
4 basil leaves, chopped
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
Olive oil
2 tsp Italian seasoning, make sure to check the back for any hidden gluten in your spices.
Directions:
Preheat the oven at 350 F.
Place all the ingredients except the cheese in a baking dish and stir.
Add the Brie cheese in the center and drizzle olive oil over the top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the cheese is slightly golden.
Serve over gluten free pasta and/or on gluten free toast.
