This dessert is so delicious! My mom had a gluten, dairy filled peanut butter silk pie and she raved about it. I decided to recreate the pie as gluten and dairy free. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup peanut butter, I use JIF All Natural
4 oz Dairy Free cream cheese. I use both the Daiya and Tofutti brands.
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz Dairy Free whipped topping, I use Truwhip Vegan brand
1 Gluten Free graham cracker pie crust, I use MI-DEL brand.
1 cup Dairy Free chocolate chips, melted. I use the Enjoy Brand semi sweet chocolate chips.
Directions:
Combine the peanut butter, Dairy Free cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Mix with a hand mixer until crumb like.
Fold in the Dairy Free whipped topping until thick pudding-like texture.
Pour evenly into the Gluten Free graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Drizzle the melted Dairy Free chocolate on top before serving.
