Gluten Free Dairy Free - Oreo Cheesecake Bars

These bars are absolutely delicious!!!


2 packages gluten free oreo cookies

6 tbsp dairy free butter, I use Smart Balance sticks.

1 cup sugar, you could do a 1/2 cup depending on your sweet tooth preference.

3 eggs, room temperature

8 oz dairy free cream cheese, I use 1 (8 oz) container of Daiya brand.

2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Preheat the oven to 325F.

  2. Crush 1 package of Oreos into a mixing bowl.

  3. Grease an 8x8 or 9x13 baking pan. Add the crushed Oreos to the pan. Spread to make a layer of Oreos.

  4. Bake crushed Oreos for 10 minutes.

  5. In another mixing bowl, add cream cheese use a hand mixer until softened.

  6. Gradually add the sugar with the cream cheese and mix.

  7. Add the eggs to the sugar cream cheese mixture until smooth.

  8. Add the vanilla extract to the mixture. Mix until it is completely smooth with no lumps.

  9. In a separate bowl, crush the second package of Oreos and separate into halves.

  10. Fold in half of the crushed Oreos in the cream cheese mixture. (Every time I type fold in, I think of the Schitt's Creek scene with Moira and David. LOL)

  11. Pour the Oreos cream cheese over the cooked Oreos layer. Smooth the mixture out evenly.

  12. Add the second half of the crushed Oreos on the top evenly.

  13. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes. Let cool.

  14. Refrigerate before serving.
