Gluten Free Dairy Free - Homemade Reese's Cups

Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Egg Free! The BEST treat!!


Ingredient:

1 cup Dairy Free chocolate chips, I use the Enjoy Life brand.

3 tbsp coconut oil

¼ cup maple syrup

½ cup of natural creamy peanut butter


Directions:

  1. Melt the Dairy Free chocolate chips and coconut oil.

  2. Add to a small muffin tin.

  3. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours.

  4. Mix the peanut butter and maple syrup.

  5. Place the peanut butter mixture on top of the harden chocolate.

  6. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours.

  7. Melt more Dairy Free chocolate chips and coconut oil.

  8. Place the Dairy Free chocolate mixture on top of peanut butter.

  9. Place in freezer for at least 2 hrs before serving.

  10. Serve chilled. They do melt quickly.

This makes 32 - 36 Reese’s cups.
