Gluten Free Dairy Free - Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Pretzels

A great tailgate or any event treat!! They are simple to make too!


Ingredients:

8 oz bag of Snyder Gluten Free twist pretzels

½ cup Natural JIF peanut butter

½ cup powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 cup of Dairy Free semi sweet chocolate chips, I use Enjoy Life brand


Directions:

  1. In small mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar.

  2. Roll a small ball of the peanut butter mixture and place between 2 Gluten Free pretzels.

  3. Coat half or all of the peanut butter pretzels with the melted Dairy Free chocolate.

  4. Repeat until you have used all the peanut butter mixture and Dairy Free chocolate.

  5. Place chocolate covered peanut butter pretzels in fridge.

  6. Let chill until ready to serve.

Enjoy!!
