Fruit Flag Dessert - Gluten Free Dairy Free

The perfect easy dessert for 4th of July and summer parties! It’s simply delicious!


Ingredients:

2 packages (8 oz each) dairy free cream cheese, softened. I use the Tofutti brand.

½ cup sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

2 cups heavy whipping cream, I use the Silk Dairy Free Heavy Whipping Cream

1-2 quarts strawberries

1 quart blueberries



Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the sugar, vanilla extract, cream cheese and mix until smooth.

  2. Fold in the heavy whipping cream until fluffy.

  3. Cut the strawberries in halves.

  4. Add the cream cheese mixture on the bottom of the bowl.

  5. Add strawberries and blueberries.

  6. Add the cream cheese mixture.

  7. Create the flag with blueberries and strawberries.
