Check your spices!
I just noticed that a few of my spices have “may contain milk, wheat…” on the packaging. Unfortunately, I experienced some stomach issues recently and could not figure out the culprit. To my surprise, I realized it was due to the spices I used! I did a thorough check of all my spices and discovered both the paprika and parsley were not completely gluten free/dairy free. This tip may be common knowledge to some of you. It’s a good reminder to carefully check the labels on your spices! Hope this tip helps!
